I am thinking of buying a new laptop is this configuration good. my main purpose is do some projects?

ya the configuraion is good , but if you can spare some money please install windows vista home premium or professinal , ultimate could also ist you in your projects. its good to have a graphic card in your laptop. its helps you in graphical presentations .
