Should traffic signs be immigrant friendly?

I think they should be in Urdu Hindustani Polish Czech Latvian Lithuanian Albanian and Kurdish (WTFTI) and they should all be posted just for them. All pointing to the Airport and the Docks, Would this be a good idea? would it have any failings?
