Total Civilian Casualties in Iraq ?

I'm afraid all you are going to get is a range of numbers. The US has reasons for keeping the number low. The UN has members who want it high so they can put down the US. The last figure I heard from the Iraqi Health Minister was about 400,000. There is no impartial count of the deaths.
