Sick as a dog any advice?

Go to bed and stay there non-stop until you -have- to go somewhere. Otherwise you will be -much- sicker by then. From your description you don't have your usual "cold / flu" thing that you are thinking of. You have a -real- case of Influenza and will be sick as a dog for at least a week, maybe two. If you have a runny nose then its a cold. If you have a fever then its Influenza and is much more serious. Go to bed now, sleep, soup is good for the liquid, then sleep more. Stay asleep as much as you can. The more you are awake and active the more sick you will become and the longer it will take to get over it. Not even Tamiflu works against the strain this year so your witch doctor mumbo jumbo juice won't do anything but keep you more hydrated. GO TO BED AND SLEEP!
