How to soothe a 3 month old with a cold?

My 3 month old daughter has some how managed to catch a head cold/virus. I have little nosies for her nasal congestion, I am also thawing out some of my milk from right after she was born hoping it will have antibodies to help her. Tylenol to reduce fever. Any suggestions on ways to help her feel better? I would very much appreciate it!
