I'm worried about my xbox account?

I recently started M effect 2 again and the cheevos on that game glitched for me causing me to re earn them and their points I guess. I just probed a planet and got the cheevo I know I got before and it's points. I imported my ME1 Character and it just started doing this. People already ask if I hacked my Gs which I have not so I am worried that people will think it is hacked if they add all of it up
