I need a new look for the new year... HELP!!?

Okay so I wear the worst clothes, i am a little overweight only by about 5 lbs., I need a new haircut (B/C I have had the same haircut for over 3 years...), I have the right shoes like: UGG's, vans, sperry's, lots of cute flats, rainbows, & tennis shoes (for gym at school). Sooo what i need is: New clothes ideas (give me links to cute clothes, ways to wear my clothes etc.), I need cute hairstyle pics... links to good websites would be perferrable rather than describing it., I need tips on losing 15lbs. (Not 5 b/c i want to be a little less). Oh and cute accessories, thats another problem.... I can never find any!! Links of those would be great too. And MAKEUP!! I need links and tips on that too. :) Since these are all closely related if you can find one website that has all this info. You WILL be the winner!!
