How can I make a printable photo album?

I recently returned from a family trip to Florida, and I was wondering of a way to make a nice, presentable photo album of all the pictures I took from the trip. Is there any free-ware available for this sort of job? Maybe a program that lets you place the pictures on each page and print it out, and maybe even being able to add borders?
