Definitely stick with the ONE rose... a bouquet is WAY too cliche... I hate it when I'm given a bouquet and I know a lot of girls who are that way also. As far as chocolate... the hershey's kiss idea is cute... I think a box of chocolate would be overkill because then it seems like you're trying too hard to impress her. Maybe tie a few kisses onto the rose. Stay away from white roses. Red roses are clic... if you can find a pinkish orange one though, that would be fabulous because it's unexpected to get one of those. Not desperate. Not creepy. Definitely sweet! Good luck!
