Can you solve this tricky logic problem?

Just the E and the 3. If you turn the 3 over and the letter is a vowel, or if the E turns over to an odd number the premise is false. The B and the 4 won't tell you anything. The statement says that a vowel will have an even number on the other side. B could be even or odd - tells you nothing, and the statement doesn't say if there is an even the other side must be a vowel, so the 4 could have a vowel, but it may not as well.
