Best Freeware program to copy an ISO to hard drive?

I am interested in knowing what others use to copy disk images of home movies to your hard drive? I have several movies I made with adobe premier years ago and have lost the original Mini DV tapes. I want to rip the entire disk image not just the Video_ts folders. I currently use LCISO Creator but was wondering what others use?
